Welcome to COLD Fitness, founded by Ola Stykowska, a knowledgeable and passionate fitness enthusiast.

Ola’s mission is to help individuals transform their lives through weight loss, muscle building, and a positive relationship with food and themselves.

With a Bachelor’s in Nutrition Science and NASM certification, Ola brings expertise from previously working at Back in Line Chiropractic as a corrective exercise specialist and XSport Fitness as a certified personal trainer.

1 ON 1 CONSULTATION

This complimentary consultation allows us to get to know you, the real you, better. We will go over your current fitness levels, current obstacles and challenges, and roadblocks you have experienced in the past on this transformative journey.

We will discuss what your fitness goals are along with uncovering a powerful “why” statement to give you the motivation and focus you need to execute this program. This will enable us to make sure this is the right program for you to be successful.

Fitness, Nutrition, Sleep, and Stress Management Plans

At COLD Fitness, we approach our health in a holistic manner. Weight lifting and cardio are important for a long and mobile life. Nutrition will be the predictor of a disease free or disease ridden life. Stress is not only the killer of happiness, but the killer of a strong and healthy mind, body, and soul. The most important of them all is our sleep, which regulates our hunger hormones, allows our bodies to rebuild, and decreases our stress levels.
