At Cold Fitness, we collect specific biological and personal metrics required to calibrate your metabolic shift. This includes identifiers (Name/Email) and physiological markers (Insulin sensitivity, PCOS history, and physical progress data).
02. Security & Encryption
Your health files are secured using AES-256 encryption. We maintain a strict Zero-Sale Policy: your biological data will never be traded, sold, or shared with third-party marketing firms. Access is restricted to authorized 180 Program specialists only.
03. Visual Documentation
Transformation images are stored in a secure offline archive. We do not use your visual data for public Social Intelligence archives without explicit, written digital consent.
04. User Autonomy
You maintain full control over your metabolic records. You may request a data audit or the permanent deletion of your file at any time by contacting our security desk.
